CM Terminal Server Install Guide

In searching through previous Terminal Server posts, it seems there is an install guide out there for installing Call Manager. Does anyone have this documentation or can direct me to the appropriate place to find it? I'm searching ShoreTel's site, but can't seem to find the documentation.

It is in the Installation guide towards the end.
If you have already got a ShoreTel system it will be available from the Shoreware Director in the documentation section.
