Disabling Speakerphone button

I was wondering if it would be possible to disable the ability of some users to use the speakerphone, specifically on the 230 model phone? I assume this could be done through the config file loaded to the phone, but I am new to shoretel and am not sure

There is no direct way to disable the speaker phone,, you can however, create a MAC addressed.cfg for each phone and set the SpeakerLevel levelsto min 0
