Forwarding a fax line?`

Can I forward an analog phone line to another number using shoreware director or do I need my provider to do busy call forwarding?

We just switched providers from Paetec to Qwest and I am assuming Qwest has now taken over our lines and they must not be busy call forwarding our fax line to the number we need it to goto.
Before I call Qwest and have them forward it, I thought I would find out if I can do it myself on our system. So far I cannot find anywhere in director where I can do this.

You would have to call Qwest, there is no way to forward an analog line from director.
