Is there any way to have music on transfer? or only MoH?

Where were you expecting to hear MoH? You are not placed on hold with a blind transfer--you are transferred straight to the destination extension and will hear it ring. Are you referring to those systems that announce "Please hold while I find your party" and place you on hold until the call is answered? ShoreTel does not support this for a normal extension assigned to an IP phone, though you could get this by using Auto Find Me I think.
