We are using ShoreTel5 Release 2
I am having difficulty recording calls, we were able to record calls for the first 2 years of having the system, then all of a sudden we changed carriers and it stopped working. No configuration changes were made.
When I try and record a call, the message I receive is:
Unable to complete operation: Record Call
The operation is not supported by the underlying service provider
Has anybody experienced this problem? Any posts would be appreciated.
