I have a couple of users within my organization that are having issues with deleting voice mails. Specifically, if Outlook Voice Mail Integration is set up, and messages are deleted from the user's Inbox, the messages are still showing up as Heard in the user's Voice Mail through the ShoreTel software. This isn't a concern at the moment, but eventually this will translate to users not being able to use the system until the issue is resolved.
Is there a reason a message, when deleted from Outlook, isn't being deleted from the user's actual voice mail? If anyone knows of anything I could check, or a way I could delete the messages from the server itself, I'd appreciate it.
