    Does anyone have a report they would like to share, or advise to help me get the info on a hunt group out of a shoretel 6.1 system? I need to be able to see who answered a hunt group line, and I can't seem to figure out a way. Thanks so much

      6.1 is quite old. We have only worked with 7 and later. We might be able to help you, but I'd have to get a copy of one of the CDR MDB files. Is this a one-time thing or a recurring need?

        one time I hope. We have a hunt group that we are having a problem with people ignoring.... where can i send my mdb file?

          We are now on 7.5, is this something you can assist with now?

            From my experience if you run a report on the users that are associated with the hunt group, the hunt group extension shows up as the dialed # for calls answered by that user. I don't remember in 7.5, but in 9.2 it is additionally noted as a tranferred call.
