  • Automated Install (Shoretel Client)

    Hey all,

I am currently working on a project to automate the install of the Shoretel Client. I am working with Symantec's AutoInstall program and I've got the actual install portion automated, but I was wondering if there is a way to automatically have the server information saved, and have the username and password pulled from Active Directory (the option is already checked on the Shoreware Server for the users).

Each time I run my executable, the program installs super fast, but I am prompted with questions about my server, username, password, and Outlook Integration.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

I don't know about the AD part, but the server name should still be stored in the registry under HKE_CURRENT_USER\ShoreLine Communications\ShoreWare Client
