  • Incoming calls to HG disconnect after answered


    We have seen an issue which is very intermittant whereby incoming calls to a hunt group appear to ring once (possible more) and then disconnect. The Agent/HG members report the phone will ring and when they answer the call is disconnected immediately, or the call will ring once and disconnect before being answered.
    The trunk test tool displays the call being answered and routed from the huntgroup to a HG member and answered, and then quickly disconnected.
    The calling party reports the number as being engaged. The trunk is an E1 with 20 channels and has no more than a couple of active calls.

    Has anyone seen anything similiar before?
