  • Voice greetings.

My company wants to make sure that everyone voice greeting is acceptable. Is there a way that I can check everyone's outgoing greeting without having to go to everyone's phones or calling them to listen to the voice greeting?

We looking to check audio quality & things like that.

    Thanks in advance.

These files are stored in folders under Shoreline Data\Vms. You should be able to just copy this folder to another machine and listen to them.
