  • Restrict ring volume control?

Is it possible to restrict users from adjusting their ring volume? We have 8.1 and are going to upgrade to 9.1 in the next week or so.

    Thanks

That should not be an issue, you can establish this through a custom file for the Phone type. Attached is the instructions, NOTE THIS MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE 8.X

Make sure you use the 6.1 instructions, Where
    RingerLevels 130,258,410,649,1029,1631,2584,4096,6492,10284
    (130 = 0 or low volume RXgain1, and 10284 = RXgain10 Loudest)

You can set RXgain5 through RXgain10 to RXGain5's level as 1029
Thats the loudest it will get
