can't forwd VM from Voicemail viewer

Multiple sites and one user can't forwd VM from her VM viewer to any user at her site (comes back as unrecognized, but she can forwd VM to the other sites. All the users at her site can forwd their VM's to everyone, including the user in question.

Has anyone run into this problem? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
