  • How to Confirm Voicemails

    Employee A leaves a voicemail for Employee B. Employee B says he never got the voicemail.

    Howe can I confirm that Employee A lef the voicemail and that Employee B just didnt delete it.

    Also is there a log somewhere everytime someone logs into their voicemail mailbox and checks, deletes, send, etc., voicemails?

    Under Shoreline Data there is a logs folder which has logs from all components of ShoreTel, including the voice mail server.
