Welcome to!

This site was created as a place to share stories, tips, and troubleshooting help with ShoreTel/Mitel systems. ShoreTel/Mitel is obviously the MOST exciting VoiP platform on the market right now, and we realized there was no centralized place to discuss this platform, but now there is. Please feel free to join and share your experiences.

  • Multiple site AA

I have a 4 site install. A,B,C and D for argument sake. HQ being A. If someone leaves a message for someone at site B, presses # to send and then presses # again, it then goes to Site A's main AA. Is there a way so that we can then sent that call to the Main AA of Site B, the site where the user is located?

No one has ever had this issue before?

      1. This setting is per-server. Get a DVM for that site and put all the users' mailboxes on it. Change this setting to direct to the proper AA.

      2. Have an AA menu that presents available options to the caller.

      3. We can write a custom to do this for you, probably based off of the switch name.
