  • MCM transfer

    Is there a way when you have an active call on MCM to transfer that call back to your desk phone?

    you can always park a call on a vacant extension, re-assign your extension to your desk then pick up the call from your desk

      You can also create a route point. Call Control>Route Point>New

      Then create a new route point then have the call handling mode of the route point; go to your desktop extension. I think that would be the easiest way to do it. Also the route points don't take any additional licenses as well.
