It appears that Black Dolphin Technologies has gone out of business. Our utility that programs the Aastra 480e analog phone to work with ShoreTel (programs the softkeys, puts names on screen, etc), needed to be re-installed when the old computer that it was on gave up the ghost. With the re-install, the old license doesn't work. Trying to contact Black Dolphin (BDTTEL) has been fruitless. I need a replacement utility to program my Aastra 480e analog phone using ADSI to work with ShoreTel. Does anyone any ideas? :sweatdrop:
