  • MCM: Error in Response: [13]

    Hello all. I have joined to try and solve an issue I have which seems a little rude but nothing ventured and all that.

    We are running 7.5 and as yet have no BES although should we ever get MCM working and it does as advertised I am sure we will. So the SWD server IP is public as it stands and can be accessed using a browser via the handhelds in question which are 8900's although we have tried 8310's as well. All licenses are in place and our support company have given it some time but we still get the message in the title.

    Any guidance would be gratefully received.
