  • Incorrect Duration in Reporting

    Hi. I have two extensions that are reporting exaggerated duration (length of call) when it comes to individual calls. When I look at a detailed report for these two extensions, I am seeing a min call duration of just over 3 minutes. I tested by making a call to my cell phone from one of these two extensions and a quick test call that lasted 15 seconds shows up as 3mins and 20 secs on this problematic extension. I make the same type of call from any other extension and it shows up correctly at 15 secs.

    Our sales group has a contest going on to make the most outbound calls. Duration is not a factor but when the execs look at the report which includes Duration they raise a few eyebrows wondering if it's truly correct. I believe the "counting" of calls is correct...it's just the duration is over-exaggerated.

    Any ideas on how to fix?

      Hi...we are using build 13.9.9403.0 of Version 8.

        Hi...just following up on this Issue I started to close it here.

        Seems we need to upgrade to version 8.1 to fix this problem which we will do shortly.
