    We know how to create the GPO policy but a customer did that and the client installs. However, when they launch PCM it does not properly create the tapi settings. Was more curious if you deviated from the app note in any way.

      As far as I know, we just followed the app note. What tapi settings are you referring to?

              The only issue with this installation method is that it will assign it to all users and all computers. I am certain I do not want this installed on my servers.

                Did you ever find a way around this? I have a customer trying to deploy Communicator V11.1 via group policy and is running into the exact same issue.

                The deploying server is a Win2008 R2 x64 and the desktops are Windows 7
