  • Workgroup Voicemail ?

    I have one workgroup that is filling up.

    Mailbox 299 is full. No more messages will be taken.299

    I can't figure out how to change the number of messages or the purge time.

    Is there a setting I can change for the Workgroup VMs?

    This is determined by the Class of Service - Voice Mail Permissions. Check the "User Group" that the workgroup is in. Then See what class of service for voicemail is assigned to that user group. Change the permissions as necessary for that COS or move it to a different User group or COS.
