  • Workgroup cumulative hold time

    I had an upgrade over the weekend. used to be that when a call came in a workgroup we had a girl pickup the call and tell the customer that it would be a few minutes, get a little info to buy some time. after the upgrade to the latest 7.5, after the person is spoken to the hold time goes to zero.

    I need the cumulative time to stay on the call. did we screw up a setting or do you think this is a feature in 7.5?
