    New user\system spreadsheet

    Has anyone ever created a form or spreadsheet to use when setting up a new location for COS? I am thinking of something that could be filled out in advance for the users. Presently working on an install with a company that has many lines of business and user groups, and they want to define the COS on an almost case by case basis.
