  • Assigning Softphone

    I have a user here that when she clicks on Unassigned to asign a softphone nothing happens. A support company that I was dealing with said that Vista could be blocking the window from opening but I have never heard of this except for browser windows, not software windows.

    Anyone have this issue or know where to turn this off in Vista?

    What version is the Call Manger? 7 or 8?

      This can happen if the "COM Surrogate" is not allowed thru the firewall, disable the firewall and see if that fixes it.
