Phones in noisy areas

We have several phones in our manufacturing plants that are in fairly noisy areas. We do not have overhead paging, but I was wondering if there are any type of visual indicators or phone level ring amplifiers that would work with our Shoretel phones that would alert people in the immediate area when the phone is ringing.
