I posted this but it is not showing up, so if this duplicates I apologize. I have a user that connects with VPN that has upgraded to 8.1 and now the system locks up on her with a message ShorrTel.PCM.App has stopped responding. He did not have this problem with 8.0.
Is anyone else getting this error, or know what could be causing it? I am a noob to shoretel so I dont know where to start looking.
