  • Automatically popup wrapup code selection after a call?

    Hi everyone,
    I would like the window to select a wrapup code to popup automatically when the call is disconnected. Can this be done with DDE or VBScript or something along those lines?

    Also, to clarify, I'm using the Agent Toolbar with the Contact Center to do this, not the Shortel PCM. I need the wrapup code window to popup through the Agent Toolbar.
