  • Blocking an incoming call

We are receiving phone calls from one particular number. It appears on our caller id so I have it. Can I block it from calling us?

I don't think you can do this now, but I've read the release notes for V.9 of Shoretel and it appears they have this as an option within the Call Manager client for end users, so they can handle it all themselves.

Personal Call Flow/Handling is available in ST9 (I think that is where I saw it), but you need the Professional Call Manager.
