Removing info from directories

Have few description and a duplicate name on our shortel system directory, for some reason, I am unable to delete from Shoreware Director. When viewing our company directories in Shoreware, I notice that the description is in the back ground and will not allow me to make any changes and for the duplicate name, I am only see his name once but on the phone it self, I am seeing two. Can someone help.
