  • Upgraded from 5.2 to 6.1 - now client extension monitors don't work

    Upgraded from 5.2 to 6.1 - now client extension monitors don't work. Still waiting for the upgrade key from Shoretel. Is there something I'm missing in getting the client extension monitors to work? The option is greyed out in the file menu of the client software. Client type in the user database is set to operator and I have sufficient operator licenses.

    You need to make sure that the user group has permissions to use extension monitor via the COS - Telephony features assigned to that group.

    Shoretel introduced this permission back in 6.0 I believe.
