Any time my W2003 Std server (Shoretel 5.2) reboots, I get a DCOM Error Event ID 10016.
The only way I can fix the problem is if I go into DCOM Config, then TMSManager properties, then security tab, then Local Launch and Activation, then add the SYSTEM User and Internet Guest Account User. Then I have to give each user local launch and local activation privileges.
Here is the event error info:
"The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{....................................}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (.......). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool."
Any idea why these settings are wiped on each reboot?
