Voice Mail Prompts - Where are stored ?

Hello guys, the needs is to replace parts of default voicemail prompts with other made by the user in a recording studio: where are they stored ?
I had a file search of wav files, I found nothing....

Then, is there somewhere the prompt files legenda ?

The files are not wav files. The prompts are built into a special phrase file that cannot be edited. I would imagine professional services could build build one if they do that sort of thing. I didn't find anything in the KB specific to the phrase file. Maybe support has some info.
