  • Users Assigning Extensions on Various Phones


    We have a number of users who hotdesk. They have no problem logging into the phones at present but now the manager wants Voicemail Removed from them.

    If I change the License type to Extension only they dont seem to get the options to logon to other phones. They just get a message that the Extension number is not valid.

    Is there a way around this?
