Welcome to ShoreTelForums.com!

This site was created as a place to share stories, tips, and troubleshooting help with ShoreTel/Mitel systems. ShoreTel/Mitel is obviously the MOST exciting VoiP platform on the market right now, and we realized there was no centralized place to discuss this platform, but now there is. Please feel free to join and share your experiences.

  • New ShoreTel Admin

I've recently been hired to admin a ShoreTel system for a multi-national, and I'm trying to get my bearing on the system, layout, and variances from best practices.

So, my question for the fine (and not-so-fine!:hang folks here at ShoreTelForums is this: Does anyone have a baseline template document for such instances? I'm working from the Implementation and Planning Guide, but I wanted to know if anyone has something for prior ShoreTel implementations?

If it's been depolyed properly, then you have a very easy job. Sorry, I don't really have any suggestions...just read the PIG and the Admin Manual. It really isn't too hard (unless you are new to VoiP...)
