  • Can't figure this out

    We have ShoreTel 7.0. We have multiple extensions (fax machines) that I have taken the "9" off of so they get direct dial tone. For the past few weeks, randomly, the extensions will require a "9". Everything in the DB is fine. I have to delete the user, recreate it, then reprogram the DB, restart TMS and all is good. Any Ideas????
