  • Shoretel 8.1 voicemail logs file

    Hello

We do have Shoretel 8.1 and I understand that there are no standard reports for voicemails, but I am looking for logs file which can tell me when voicemails were left for our Work Group. I assume it should be somewhere on the server. Can you please tell me where I can find them?

Maybe anybody created custom report like that?

    Thank you for you help

On a PC that has PCM (Call Manager) installed and optioned for workgroup supervisior , or maybe even just a wg agent, you should have a small icon in the try for voicemail , you should be able to at least see the workgroup emails and play from there ...

Does not give you a report but allows you to access and such.

You may have already known that ...

    Cheers,

    -DS

You can extract the times of messages left from the voice mail logs in the Shoreline Data folder. If you wish to see current voice mails, in addition to Talkshore's advice we also have an application that allows one user to see all voice mails system-wide. You can download a demo version here: http://web.palittoconsulting.com/Voi...ager-1.0.0.zip
