Directory on ST230 - Display last name first?

I am the I/T admin of a security company in Michigan and I am trying to change the way the phone directory is displayed on the ShoreTel 230/560 phones. We want to change from displaying firstname lastname to lastname firstname. Does anybody know how to do this? I could not find an option in Shoreware Director. Any help would be much appreciated!
