  • Extension Monitor 8.1??

    Morning All,

    Just a quick question, hopefully a simple one.

    I have just rolled out Call Manager 8.1 to our users. I had a number of operators setup previously and they could monitor extensions. With 8.1 I cant seem to find this.

    Could someone point me in the right direction.

    Contacts Tab

    In the newer Call Manager it is the Contacts tab.

    On the menu bar, click Windows and then select Contacts. You will have to create the entries on the list. We usually just drag the internal entries we would like from the Directory tab.

      Just a note... You will also get the Contacts tab in the Professional Call Manager, but the Operator Call Manager also gives you drag and drop transferring.
