What is everyone doing for video conferencing? Any tie-ins to the shoretel system would be great.

Lifesize (www.lifesize.com)! Just freakin AWESOME! Shoretel has a formal relationship with them that I would expect to expand quite a bit in the future (i.e. video conferencing).

how about this caveat... I would like to be able to broadcast live video conference (company meeting) to 5 to 10 people over my WAN.

Life size can do up to 4 other parties ( and probably more by bonding systems). Note that it broadcasts in up to 720P (HD). Lifesize will connect to a variety of display devices (TV, Projector, etc.).

Are all the people in seperate locations from each other?

yes, basically we would have a company meeting at our central site with the people there coming to the meeting in person, and the remote locations (7 and growing) connect in over the WAN and pc.
