  • System Extensions showing in the directory

There are two extensions under System Parameters \ System Extensions that are listed in the Directory.

By the Directory, I mean the list of extension names that appears when you press the "Directory" button on a phone.

The specific system extensions are "Auto-attendant Extension" and "Voice Mail Login Extension"

The version of Shoretel is 8.1 Build 13.24.5923.0.

How do I get rid of these? There doesn't seem to be any option to display or not display any of the system extensions but only these two show up.

    Thanks,
    Bill

No resolve for this? I have been searching for hours with no luck. Seems that would be something simple to remove entries from the directory.
