  • Workgroup question

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if there is a way to show the incoming phone number to the workgroup members who are on the phone. Basically we had a hunt group and we switched to a workgroup for some added functionality but we seem to have lost the ability to see the incoming call.

    I hope that makes sense.

    What model of phones? Do the people use PCM?

      we have ip 230's and ip 530. We have PCM installed but the users are not comfortable with it yet.
