  • InterVoice IVR

    Anyone out there have any experience setting up their ShoreTel system with an InterVoice IVR? We're thinking of purchasing an InterVoice unit but want to see if anyone else has done this and whether or not they've had any problems.

    We are going live on our new intervoice tomorrow. In our testing so far everything is working great. We just installed the shoreTel phonesystem a month ago so everything is new to us.

      Integrating with InterVoice on an new install. Did you build Ext-Only users for each of the ports like a Fax-Finder type integration? I couldn't find any App Notes on ShoreTel's website. Engineering provided a T1K to link to the IVR. Is it a server and would installed similar to like a Sonexis Conf Bridge?
