    I can't find any report that lists all the WG calls.

    I can see in the WG Queue Summary that there were some people that waited on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up. I am trying to find out WHEN that was. So I can see why no one picked up.

    Is there anyway to get all the calls that come into a WG, who it was and the time just like you can get for users? Actually would love a report of just the calls that DIDN'T get answered by a human to make sure that people are not slacking off.

    Anything in the default reports that might help me? I don't need to do it all the time so do not mind if I need to clean up the data.
