  • Trunk access code workaround

    Hi,

    Does anyone know how to enable certain extensions to automatically be allowed to dial an outside line with dialing the 9 for trunk access? I understand that all intrasite features would be unavailable, I just need some "prime lines" in my Shoretel system. If it makes any difference, I am binding these extensions to a Mediatrix appliance for direct analog line connectivity.
