Creating New Workgroup

I've created a new workgroup by copying an existing one. In the WG I copied from, we have it ring at one person's phone 2 times and then rings to an additional 2 phones simoltaneously. I'm looking in the configuration of the new WG I created and I can't find where to change it to just ring all of the agents phones simoltaneously. The one phone it does ring to has, "(logged in)," next to it, does that mean if they're logged out of ShoreTel, it will just bypass them?

The agent must be logged in or the call will not be presented to them. If all agents are logged in and you have the call pattern set to "simultaneous", all phones will ring at the same time. If no one answers, it will go to the "No Answer" destination.

Thanks. So does that mean if it's supposed to ring to a certain phone first, but that person is logged out, it will go onto the next set of phones? By logged out, do you mean in ShorTel? Is there another way of doing that besides exiting the Call Manager software or do you have to actually log out somewhere?
