I've created a new workgroup by copying an existing one. In the WG I copied from, we have it ring at one person's phone 2 times and then rings to an additional 2 phones simoltaneously. I'm looking in the configuration of the new WG I created and I can't find where to change it to just ring all of the agents phones simoltaneously. The one phone it does ring to has, "(logged in)," next to it, does that mean if they're logged out of ShoreTel, it will just bypass them?
