    New to Shoretel

    I come from an avaya/cisco backround and have recently been introduced to shoretel. Anyone have any suggestions for some reference material?

    you can see the installation and administration manuals within the shoretel application. or if you are in a certain configuration page, let say trunk groups, there´s a help link at the top right corner, thath will display the chapter of the manual for the trunk group onfiguration.
