  • Call Buttons in Call Manager

    All of our tellers have 2 buttons under the toolbar with Home, Standard and Windows. The buttons can answer main workgroup and the main hunt group. This allows them to answer calls on the main line if the receptionists are busy with just one click. I would like to add those buttons onto a couple of other employees Call Manager, but don't know how to do it. Any experience adding call buttons on the toolbar?

    Easiest way is to create a global tool bar which you can assign to a user group. You can create a tool bar for an individual user but it gets messy to maintain.

      Thanks, that should work great. I didn't create the other buttons, so I knew there had to be a place.
