  • To VM button - Problem

    I have one user that has an issue with the TO VM transfer.

    We are running 13.10.4203.0

    Scenario:
    1. The user is on a call
    2. The user receives another incoming call
    3. The user presses "TO VM" on the window that pops up in the PCM.

    As soon as this is pressed the call is transfered to a message that says:

    Thank you for calling our automated attendant system. For help, please press Zero.............

    This is NOT a recording that we made.

    If the user presses "TO VM" on the phone softkey itself, the call is transferred to their mailbox properly.......

    any ideas on what would cause this? Other users do not seem to be affected.

    Check the Call Handling Destination for the specific Call Handling Mode to make sure none of that was changed

      Nothing strange in there.

      Call handling settings shouldn't affect the "TO VM" button anyway I wouldnt think. It should send the call to voicemail. I dont know of any setting to redirect where your voicemail is......
