Operator Call Manager

We are installing a SBE and it includes a license for OCM. What is different about it.
We loaded it on the attendant phone and it looks like and acts like plain old PCM.

Did we do something wrong? The Attendant station is a 230 with BB.

I hate to say anything wrong, but Operator call manager looks just like PCM, other than you have extension monitor. Did you configure that? The Ext monitor?

Since 6.1, you have to configure the Class of Service (Telephony features) to include "allow Customization of IP Phone Buttons and Call Manager Monitor Windows". Otherwise, they can't do squat with Extension monitor.
