    Mic very low when using softphone 7.5

    We're struggling with mic level using softphone 7.5
    HW: Dell Latitude 630 & 430
    Mic: whatever the brand - same issue
    The sound is very low with background noise
    even if I push gain and level to the top.
    Any idea?
