  • Custom Ringtone Audio format

I've went through every ringtone post on this forum and I got the setup working with the CTU ringtone, but can't get it to work with my own.. I've tried every setting in audacity and none of them work..

Has anyone created their own custom wav ringtone that works on shoretel phones and can give me some advice on the settings? We are using ShoreTel230's.

    this is my configuration:

    WaveRinger1 L/rg 172.17.0.10/ringers/bphonefinal.wav
    WaveRinger2 L/r1 172.17.0.10/ringers/bphonefinal.wav

it downloads the wav to the phone but just plays the default ringtone when test.
